Some times it takes more than a push to get us going and what could be better than this wonderful collage of holidays that one would normally dismiss as just that another long weekend. But if we give deeper thought nothing could remind us better of our tyranny and the more importantly the way out of it, Dussera , celebration of victory of Lord Ram, marking the victory of good over evil for all times to come, Tenth of Muharram, reminding us of the the sacrifice of Hasan and Husain (peace be upon them) for the greater good of all mankind and Gandhi Jayanti, instilling in our hearts the journey of a common man towards becoming a Mahatma. these three successive days go beyond showing us that be it God, the ones on the path of God or a common man all good comes from within us with the decisions we take and with our dedication and commitment towards those decisions and our faith in the belief we choose.
At GetFit Miraroad we have embarked on a journey towards making our life and the lives of all those we touch better and healthier. we are committed to making our well being and the well being of all those around us our number one priority and this blog is one of the many and the very first step towards our goal of a fitter, better, caring and a harmonious society. we believe that a healthier individual makes for a healthier society and a healthier society is more resilient to differences arising out of caste, creed and social status.
And hence we have tried and created a space where friends of good nutrition meet every morning work towards a healthier self have a healthy breakfast and go out into the world feeling better, energetic and in turn better human beings.
