At Getfit Mira Road today we had fun as usual and customers underwent their weekly Evaluation and the results were amazing not just for the customers but us too. we had a long list of losers who were actual winners in the weight loss race. also the overall wellness of customers was at a trending high. Aditya, Pradipji, Aakanksha and Shushila ji just to name a few. seeing their results and their enthusiasm it compelled our sponsor Mr. Kishore Kumar Parwani who was present amongst us today, and also had a very motivating and inspiring pep talk, to announce an incentive program for customers (NC Loyalty Program) and associate recognition program too. like all great leaders he chose to make us all comfortable and rather than having a standard one on everyone classroom approach where all subordinates are intimidated by the one person in the front he decided to have a round table meet where everyone was made to feel equal and their opinions asked and respected.
